At no point while registering for My SKODA, Skoda Connect, SKODA's Greatest Hits or any other online service did I get asked to create an S-PIN. So I went to the MySKODA app on my Android phone where I found the prompts for Change S-PIN and Reset S-PIN. Change S-PIN required that I knew my existing S-PIN before I could change it.
