How do you get 170km/h in game? By using Scania with 730hp engine and 6 gear transmission I'm getting 160 as max and bit over in slopes. Tried multiple trucks and configurations, nothing goes over 160 for me. Does the max speed on same trucks differs between wheel and keyboard users?
With vanilla parts your top speed should be 150 Km/h (of course I didn't test every truck in every configuration). It may changes with updates, before it was 160 Km/h for example ^^'. #1. The Classic has a minimum of 540hp, but IIRC the FH has lower power engines available. Both top out at 750hp though. The gear boxes are generally better as you go down, ignoring the Allison oddity, but that's better from a certain point of view, which this being a truck simulator, that point of view doesn't really care about top speed.
