Horizon has broken AF settings. They do nothing. You fix the glitching textures when forcing 16x AF by deleting the PSOCache.bin file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Horizon Zero Dawn\LocalCacheDX12. It then forces the shader cache to be rebuilt.
