OK, I have found most of the PC controls for the Hydra, except for how to lock onto a target, I'm playing the mission where you steal the hydra for Torino, right after a home in the hills, and you are supposed to lock on to the three hydras who chase you and shoot them down, and I can't figure out how

I prefer the lazer. The hydra is vertical takeoff capable, making it easier to use as a replacement for the MK2. It is slightly faster than the lazer and is equipped with the same weapons. I could be mistaken but I feel like the hydra is a bit less responsive when maneuvering. With practice, the lazer can be landed just about anywhere.

Hydra in jet mode has the same controls as any other plane, you gotta accelerate to go forward (RT on cotroller, W on keyboard) If you just turn off VTOL, you will fall down, it won't fly on its own. I fly planes all the time on GTA V but I'm just not used to the Hydra's controls, and my R2 button's shell fell off when I rage quitted another
4) Avoid homing missles by doing horizontal circles. If the buzzard is after you - keep doing circles and slowly gain altutude. Switch to cinematic camera mode from time to time to observe the missles trajectory. 5) Hit helicopters from the top like a ground target. Alternatively - hit from the bottom.
